    Learn to notice and gently shift unhelpful thinking patterns. We’ll practice short meditations and breathwork to create space between thought and reaction, and introduce simple language shifts to cultivate kinder inner dialogue.

  • Week 2 — Boundaries
    Explore what healthy boundaries look and feel like in relationships, work, and self-care. Practices include grounding movements, assertive-but-gentle communication tools, and mindfulness techniques to recognize when your limits are being crossed.

  • Week 3 — Gratitude
    Cultivate a sustainable gratitude practice that supports resilience and joy. We’ll use brief reflective exercises, breath-based calmers, and movement that anchors gratitude in the body.
