Northeast Pilates & Wellness Studio,

This studio isn’t just a place to exercise.

It’s a place to land.

Northeast Pilates has long been a space for movement and community. When I took ownership, my intention was to honor the strong foundation that was already her, and gently evolve it into a space that supports the whole person, not jut the phyhsical body.

I created the next chapter because I know what it feels like to hold a lot, responsibility, grief, change and still show up for everyone else. I know what it feels like to live in your head, disconnected from your body, running on strength alone.

Wellness, for me, was never about perfection or appearance.

At First it was survival.

Then strength.

Then rebuilding.

Then becoming.

Through personal loss and rebuilding my life as a widow, solo parent and businesswoman, I learned that true health is not just about muscles or flexibility.

It’s about your nervous system.

Your hormones.

Your breath.

Your energy.

Your thoughts.

Your ability to rest.

When we reconnect to the body — gently and consistently — everything shifts.

At this studio, we support whole-body wellbeing through:

• Intelligent Pilates that builds deep core strength, posture, balance, and resilience

• Movement that supports joint health, bone density, and longevity

• Breathwork and meditation to regulate the nervous system and reduce stress

• Reiki and energy work to restore balance and calm

• Workshops and reset sessions that create space for emotional release and renewal

• 1:1 coaching that supports mindset, confidence, and personal transformation

We are also proud to collaborate with experienced yoga and pilates teachers who bring their own depth and expertise into the space, offering some gentle yoga classes, pilates classe and specialised sessions throughout the year. From grounding flow to restorative practice, and occasional prenatal classes to support women through pregnancy, our studio evolves to meet the different seasons of life.

Some days you’ll come to build strength.

Some days you’ll come to regulate your system.

Some days you’ll simply need space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

This is not a studio where you need to be fixed.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

And here, we support the whole of you — body, mind, and energy — every step of the way.
